Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and access to programmes offered by FutureNest Training, a trading name of FutureNest Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By enrolling in a programme and completing the purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Our programmes

Project Management Career Accelerator — 8 weeks, £297 (or 3 × £109/month)
Business Analysis Career Accelerator — 8 weeks, £297 (or 3 × £109/month)
The Complete Bundle (PM + BA) — 16 weeks, £497 (or 3 × £179/month)

We reserve the right to update or improve programme content at any time. We will not make changes that materially reduce the value of a programme you have already purchased without reasonable notice.

3. Enrolment and access

3.1 On completing payment, you will receive platform access details within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

3.2 Your platform access is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials.

3.3 You have access to the student platform for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

3.4 Where a programme includes live sessions, dates will be communicated via the platform and email. All live sessions are recorded and available for replay.

4. Payment terms

4.1 All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 Where you choose a payment plan (3 monthly instalments), payments are taken automatically on the same date each month. If a payment fails, we will notify you. If not resolved within 7 days, platform access may be suspended.

5. Refund policy

5.1 Cooling-off period. Under UK consumer law, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed the digital content. By accessing the student platform and beginning your programme content, you waive your right to cancel under this provision.

5.2 Our goodwill refund policy. Within 14 days of enrolment, if you have accessed no more than the first module and have not submitted any deliverables, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@futurenesttraining.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

5.3 After 14 days. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period has passed, or after you have accessed more than the first module or submitted any deliverables.

5.4 Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Your obligations

By enrolling, you agree to use course materials for personal, non-commercial use only; not to copy, share, or distribute course content without written permission; not to use the content to develop competing products; to submit original work; and to treat other students and staff with respect.

7. Intellectual property

All course content is the intellectual property of FutureNest Training. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use materials for personal learning purposes during your access period. You retain ownership of your original deliverables and capstone submissions.

8. Certificates and references

Certificates are issued to students who have completed all programme deliverables and submitted their capstone project. Reference letters are provided at our discretion and reflect an honest assessment of work completed. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any job application.

9. Limitation of liability

FutureNest Training is an educational platform. We do not guarantee employment, earnings, or specific career outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
