Everything you need to know about the programmes, the process, and what to expect.
The Programmes
FutureNest Training is a live, cohort-based career accelerator — not a pre-recorded course. You join a cohort, attend live weekly sessions, work on a real business scenario, and produce assessed deliverables that go into your professional portfolio. It is structured to mirror what you would actually do in a BA or PM role — so by the time you finish, you have evidence of practical competence, not just a certificate that says you watched some videos.
No. The programmes are built for career changers and early-career professionals. You do not need a BA or PM background — you need drive and the ability to commit 6–8 hours per week. If you have done informal BA or PM work in your current role and want to formalise it, that is also a great fit. The one group these programmes are not designed for is experienced practitioners seeking advanced-level coaching.
Plan for 6–8 hours per week. That includes the live session (2 hours), structured lesson content, and the weekly deliverable or task. The practicum weeks (6–8) may require slightly more time depending on the complexity of your deliverables. If you are doing the Dual-Track Bundle, double that estimate — you are running two full programmes simultaneously.
VitalDrop Logistics Ltd is a fictional company used as the running case study across both programmes. The scenario: VitalDrop needs a new cloud-based route optimisation app (MedTrack Cloud) to replace its current Excel and WhatsApp-based processes. Budget £150k. Deadline 4 months. High resistance from veteran drivers. You work through this scenario week by week, producing real BA or PM deliverables as though you were the practitioner on the project. It is deliberately realistic — including a mid-project curveball (NHS mandates a new barcode format) that forces you to respond the way a real practitioner would.
The PM track focuses on delivery: project planning, stakeholder management, risk and RAID, governance, and change control. You produce a Project Charter, WBS, RAID Log, Status Report, and Change Request. The BA track focuses on analysis: requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and UAT. You produce a Stakeholder Map, As-Is Process Map, Requirements Backlog, To-Be Process Map, and UAT Plan. Both tracks use the same VitalDrop scenario — so if you do the Dual-Track Bundle, your learning compounds because you see both sides of the same project.
Live Sessions
PM Career Accelerator: Saturdays 8AM–10AM. BA Career Accelerator: Fridays 8PM–10PM. Both sessions run via a fixed Google Meet link. Dual-Track Bundle students attend both — Friday evening for BA, Saturday morning for PM. Sessions may run slightly longer once live cohorts are underway.
Every session is recorded and uploaded to your student dashboard within 24 hours. You will not fall behind. That said, the live sessions include real-time Q&A and cohort interaction that recordings cannot fully replicate — so we encourage attendance wherever possible.
Cohorts are kept deliberately small. The goal is real engagement — not a passive viewing experience. Small cohorts mean your trainer knows your work, your questions get answered properly, and the live sessions feel like working sessions rather than lectures.
Enrolment & Payment
Yes. We offer Klarna Pay in 3 and Clearpay at checkout — split into 3 interest-free payments with no impact on your access. PM Accelerator: £297 (was £350). BA Accelerator: £297 (was £350). Dual-Track Bundle: £497 (was £597). The first instalment is taken at checkout; subsequent payments are taken automatically each month. You can manage your billing from your account dashboard.
At checkout you will be asked to select your preferred cohort start date. We run six cohorts per year — starting in May, July, September, November, January, and March. Your dashboard and content unlock schedule is tied to the cohort date you select. If your preferred cohort is full, you will be offered the next available date.
If you complete fewer than 2 lessons and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked. After that point, no refunds are issued, but you retain access to your dashboard and all content for 12 months from your cohort start date.
Certificates & Career Support
It is a CPD-certified practitioner training certificate. It does not replace formal professional qualifications like BCS, APM, or PMI — but it demonstrates hands-on, assessed experience, which is what most entry and mid-level employers are actually looking for. A candidate with a CPD certificate and five assessed deliverables in their portfolio will stand out over a candidate with a theory qualification and nothing to show for it.
No. We build skills and evidence — the kind that actually get candidates past the CV screening and through interviews. But we do not control the job market, your application volume, or interview performance. What we can tell you is that graduates who complete the full programme and engage with the career support leave with a meaningfully stronger profile than when they started. The job offer is yours to close.
Yes — that is exactly what the Dual-Track Bundle is designed for. Your dashboard separates both programmes clearly, with independent progress bars and submission portals. Content unlocks are synchronised so both tracks stay in step. Bundle students attend both the Friday BA session and Saturday PM session each week. It is intensive — budget 12–16 hours per week — but the compound learning effect is significant when both tracks use the same VitalDrop scenario.
