  • Week 3

    Requirements Elicitation Techniques

    Interviews, workshops, observation, surveys, document analysis. How to get the right information from the right people — and what to do when stakeholders do not agree.

  • Week 4

    Requirements Documentation & Process Mapping

    Writing business, functional, and non-functional requirements that are clear and testable. As-is and to-be process mapping using BPMN notation and swim lanes.

  • Week 5

    Business Cases, User Stories & BA in Agile

    Structuring a robust business case, cost-benefit analysis, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and how the BA role adapts in scrum teams.

  • Week 6

    Capstone — Discovery Phase

    Begin your end-to-end BA capstone. Conduct requirements elicitation for a realistic business scenario and produce a stakeholder register and initial requirements document.

  • Week 7

    Capstone — Analysis & Documentation

    Complete your process maps, finalise your requirements specification, and produce a business case recommendation. Refine based on structured feedback.

  • Week 8

    Capstone Presentation & Interview Readiness

    Present your capstone portfolio. Interview technique coaching and how to talk about your BA artefacts with confidence in competency-based interviews.
