What Happens Each Week
Every Saturday 8AM–10AM. Live, practitioner-led, recorded. Miss a session? It is in your dashboard within 24 hours.
Week 1
PM Foundations & Project Setup
What project management actually is in practice, how real PMs operate, and the difference between governance on paper and governance under pressure. You will produce your first deliverable: a draft Project Charter for VitalDrop.
Week 2
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Stakeholder identification, power/interest mapping, communication planning, and how to handle difficult conversations before they become project risks.
Week 3
Planning & Scheduling
WBS, dependencies, critical paths — taught the way PMs actually use them, not the way exam syllabuses present them. You will build the full VitalDrop project plan.
Week 4
Risk, Issues & RAID Management
How to build and maintain a RAID log that people actually use. Escalation thresholds. What to do when a risk becomes an issue mid-project. Live scenario work throughout.
Week 5
Simulation PrepVitalDrop Briefing & Setup
Your capstone project unlocks. Read the full VitalDrop scenario, download your PM templates, and set up your deliverable workbooks. This week is about preparation — the pressure starts Week 6.
Weeks 6–8
The PracticumVitalDrop Project Delivery
The scenario escalates. You are producing full PM deliverables under simulated project conditions. In Week 6 the NHS mandates a new barcode format — you will raise and process a formal Change Request. Week 7 brings scope creep and an updated RAID. Week 8: final submission, trainer assessment, graduation.
Every deliverable is assessed manually with written feedback.
