About Your Trainer
Hi. I am Chris Osagie.
Senior Business Analyst. Practitioner. Trainer. And the person who got tired of watching talented people get passed over because they could not demonstrate the work.

Why I Built This
I Kept Seeing the Same Problem.
I have been a Business Analyst for over 15 years, working across financial services, technology, and the public sector. I have run requirements workshops, written business cases, managed stakeholder conflict on live programmes, and delivered projects that actually shipped.
I have also been on the other side of the table — reviewing CVs, sitting on interview panels, watching hiring managers pass over candidate after candidate who clearly had potential but could not demonstrate it.
The pattern was always the same. Someone with a BCS certificate and no practical work to show. Someone with years of adjacent experience they could not translate into BA language. Someone who knew what a RAID log was but had never actually built one.
The certificate was not the problem. The gap between knowing and doing was the problem.
“I built FutureNest Training because I kept seeing people with genuine potential, no clear path in, and a market full of certifications that do not actually get you hired.”

How FutureNest Is Different
Built on One Observation.
Employers do not hire people who know the frameworks. They hire people who can demonstrate they have used them.
That observation is the foundation of every design decision in the FutureNest programmes — the scenario, the deliverables, the weekly structure, the capstone, the assessment, and the career exit support. Everything is designed to produce practitioners, not certificate collectors.
The Track Record
What 15+ Years in the Industry Looks Like
Stakeholder Workshops
Planned and facilitated requirements workshops across multiple sectors — from NHS procurement to financial services transformation.
Business Cases Written
Authored business cases for technology investment, process improvement, and organisational change at board and executive level.
Delivery Programmes
Worked across end-to-end delivery programmes as BA lead — from discovery through to implementation and post-go-live review.
Practitioners Trained
Trained and mentored aspiring BAs and PMs, watching them move from “I know the theory” to “I just accepted a job offer.”
What the Programme Is Built On
The Principles Behind FutureNest
Evidence over credentials
A portfolio of assessed deliverables will open more doors than a certificate. Every design decision in the programme is oriented around producing work that is visible, credible, and presentable in an interview.
Realistic scenarios, not toy examples
The VitalDrop scenario has real constraints, real stakeholder conflict, and real curveballs. You are not filling in templates with dummy data — you are making decisions that a practitioner on a live project would have to make.
Small cohorts, real engagement
Cohorts are kept small deliberately. Every learner gets real feedback on their work. The live sessions are working sessions — not lectures to a passive audience of hundreds.
Career outcomes, not completion rates
The programme does not end at graduation. The career exit pack, interview preparation, and reference letter are all designed with one question in mind: does this help the learner get hired?
Ready to Work With Me?
If you are serious about breaking into BA or PM — or cross-training into the other discipline — I would rather spend 8 weeks building your evidence than 15 minutes selling you on it.
