About Chris Osagie
I have spent 15+ years working as a Business Analyst across financial services, technology, and the public sector. I have sat in stakeholder workshops, written business cases, led requirements workshops, and managed the relationships that keep projects on track.
I have also been on hiring panels — reviewing CVs, running competency-based interviews, and making decisions about who gets the job. So I know, first-hand, what separates candidates who impress from those who do not.
I built FutureNest Training because the gap between “I want to be a BA/PM” and “I have just landed my first role” is messier than most training providers admit. Certifications help. But what gets you hired is being able to talk credibly about real work, with real examples, using the right language.
